The return package should have a tracking number which you can enter after clicking the track order tab. Which will let you know where the package is and if it has arrived.

Yes 60 days of normal wear.

No we do not.
How do I care for or maintain my product?
Check for tears or fraying before use. to clean use a damp towel with mild detergent to wipe off dirt. The collars are NOT TO BE USED AS A PERMANENT RESTRAINT
